Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 17 March 2020 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of it's liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Vincent A Simmons (IP No. 8898) of BV Corporate Recovery & Insolvency Services Limited, 7 St Petersgate, Stockport, Cheshire, SK1 1EB and Dean Watson (IP No. 009661) of Begbies Traynor LLP, 340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
