A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Victoria - 206 16 Silvercroft Street, Manchester, England, M15 4ZD presented on the 10th October 2022 by INMOTION VENTURES 3 LIMITED T/A PIVOTAL whose Registered Office is Abbey Road, Whitley, Coventry, England, CV3 4LF claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 22nd day of November 2022 at 10:00 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency Rules 2016 by 1600 hours 21 November 2022
