A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Atlas Construction & Landscaping Ltd (09794499) of 1a Dallow Road, Luton LU1 1NH, whose nature of business is Construction, presented on Thursday 11 August 2022, at 13:45 by SITE EQUIPMENT LIMITED, of St. Andrews Road, Avonmouth, Bristol BS11 9HS claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Liverpool Civil and Family Courts, 35 Vernon Street, Sceptre Way L2 2BX on Tuesday 20 September 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
