In the matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 as applied by the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2001.

An amended petition to wind up the above named Partnership of Atlantic Marine and Aviation LLP of Maritime House, Basin Road North, Hove, East Sussex, BN41 1WR, presented on 17 March 2020 by Rovop Limited, Silvertrees Drive, Westhill, Aberdeen, AB32 6BH, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales on 8 April 2020 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Substituted Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 7 April 2020.
