Notice is hereby given, as required by Rule 7.59(1)(a) of theInsolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that Lisa Alford (IP No. 9723) and Chris Parkman (IP No. 9588) both of Purnells, 5a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9EP were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 5 September 2019 by the Secretary of State.

It is not proposed that a meeting of members and creditors be held for the purpose of establishing a creditors committee. Under Section 141(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, a creditor with, or with concurrence of, 10% of the total value of the Company's creditors, may request that a meeting of creditors is held.
