"That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Raymond Stuart Claughton of Rushtons Insolvency Limited, 3 Merchant's Quay, Ashley Lane, Shipley, West Yorkshire, BD17 7DB, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up".
