A Petition to wind up the above-named company of 50 Parr Street, Liverpool, L1 4JN, presented on 28 April 2016 by MR EMILE SANAN T/A EMILE K SANAN of Hutchinson House, 21 Sandown Lane, Wavertree, Liverpool, L15 8HY, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Liverpool District Registry, The Civil and Family Courts, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard) on 27 June 2016
