A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Atec Electrical Contractors London Ltd (09613559) of 171 Cleveland Way, Stevenage SG1 6BX, 45 Knowl Piece, Wilbury Way, Hitchin SG4 0TY (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Electrical installation , presented on Tuesday 14 January 2020, at 10:00 by REXEL UK LIMITED, of Eagle 2, Hatchford Way, Birmingham B26 3RZ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Companies Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 26 February 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
