NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Arthur Boyd & Company, 5th Floor Causeway Tower, 9 James Street South, Belfast, BT2 8DN on 15 November 2022 at 11.00am for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) send their proxies to Arthur Boyd & Company, 5th Floor Causeway Tower, 9 James Street South, Belfast, BT2 8DN by no later than Monday 14 November 2022.

Darren McMath or Paula Watson of Arthur Boyd & Company, 5th Floor Causeway Tower, 9 James Street South, Belfast, BT2 8DN, who are qualified to act as Insolvency Practitioners, will make available for inspection a list of the names and addresses of the company's creditors free of charge on the two business days immediately preceding the meeting between the hours of 10am and 4pm.

The resolutions of the creditors’ meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which any office holder is to be remunerated. The meeting may receive information about, or be asked to approve, cost of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.
