A Petition to wind up the above named Company, Registration Number 04689564, of, Satago Cottage, 360a Brighton Road, Croydon, CR2 6AL, presented on 31 August 2017 by BERNHARDS SPORTS SURFACES LIMITED, Straight Mile, Bourton, Rugby, CV23 9QQ (the Petitioner), claiming to be Creditors of the Company, will be heard at Croydon County Court, The Law Courts, Altyre Road, Croydon, Surrey, CR9 5AB on 31 October 2017 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any persons intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so, by email, to us the Petitioners and to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours on 30 October 2017.
