Notice is hereby given that on 22 February 2019 a petition was presented by GAVIN CAMPBELL, residing at 57 Edinburgh Road, Dolphinton, South Lanarkshire, United Kingdom, EH46 7AD and ALISTAIR HAVERON, residing at 1 Glencourse Mains Steadings, Penicuik, Midlothian, Scotland, EH26 0NQ as Directors of ASTON LEISURE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company number SC443643) and having its registered office at 1 Gardenfield Nine Mile Burn, Penicuik, Midlothian, EH26 9LT (the "Company"), craving inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court. In which petition Sheriff Braid by interlocutor dated 25 February 2019, ordained the Company and any other persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Edinburgh within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement and meantime appointed Keith Anderson of MLM CPD LTD, trading as MLM Solutions, 14-18 Hill Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3JZ to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part Il of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for a period of 3 months from 25 February 2019.
