At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory LLP, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 5PS on 27 June 2019 at 2.00 pm, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) and Philip Edward Pierce (IP No. 9364) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
