A petition to wind up the above-named Company, Assured Painting Contractors Limited (12073623) of 83 Meeting House Close, East Leake, Loughborough, LE12 6HY presented on 22 July 2021 and amended on 29 October 2021 by CLOSE INVOICE FINANCE LIMITED of Ridgeland House, 165 Dyke Road, Hove, BN2 1UY claiming to be the creditor of the Company will be heard at the Liverpool Civil and Family Court, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX on 23 November 2021 not before 10:30am.
