A petition to wind up the above-named Company, ASSURED PAINTING CONTRACTORS LIMITED (12073623) of 83 Meeting House Close, East Leake, Loughborough LE12 6HY presented on 22 July 2021 and amended on 29 October 2021 by CLOSE INVOICE FINANCE LIMITED of Ridgeland House, 165 Dyke Road, Hove BN2 1UY claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at the Liverpool Civil and Family Court, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool L2 2BX on 4 January 2022 not before 10.30 am.
