Notice is hereby given pursuant to Part 14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (as amended) that we, Brett Lee Barton (IP No. 9493) of BLB Advisory Limited, The Enterprise Hub, 5 Whitefriars Street, Coventry, CV1 2DS and Richard Tonks (IP No. 016670) of Azets Holdings Limited (formerly Baldwins Holdings Limited), 6th Floor, Bank House, Cherry Street, Birmingham, B2 5AL the Joint Administrators intend to declare and distribute a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company by virtue of the prescribed part fund of any net floating charge property within 2 months of the last date for proving specified below. The value of the prescribed part is ÂŁ6,088.33 (without deduction of the future expenses associated with the prescribed part).

The creditors of the Company, unless they have already done so, are required on or before the 30 October 2020 ("the last date for proving") to deliver their proofs of debt to the Joint Administrators, whose contact details are below, and if so requested, to prove such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the dividend so declared.
