NOTICE is hereby given that on 15 January 2019 a Petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court by VP plc, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and with its registered office at Central House, Beckwith Knowle, Otley Road, Harrowgate HG3 1UD craving the Court inter alia that Aspire Plant And Construction Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC521362) with its registered office at 27 Bramley Drive, Bellshill, ML4 3GA be wound up by the Court and that Claire Louise Middlebrook, Qualified Insolvency Practitioner, Middlebrooks Recovery & Advice, having a place of business at 11a Dublin Street, Edinburgh EH1 3PG be appointed as Interim Liquidator; and in which Petition, the Court, by interlocutor dated 15 January 2019 ordained the company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
