Notice is hereby given that on 5th February 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Alloa craving the Court inter alia that Aspire Glass Design Limited, with its Registered Office at Rossmorn, 16 The Cedars, Tullibody, Alloa, Clackmannanshire, FK10 2PX be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Alloa by interlocutor dated 6th February 2020 ordained the said Aspire Glass Design Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Alloa within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
