At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK5 8PJ on 12 October 2017, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Timothy John Edward Dolder (IP No. 9008) and Trevor John Binyon (IP No. 9285) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 12 October 2017 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Timothy John Edward Dolder and Trevor John Binyon as Joint Liquidators.
