At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 27 Artisan Place, Harrow, HA3 5DS on 21 June 2022 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Dix (IP No. 21492) and Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) both of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited, Cartergate House, 26 Chantry Lane, Grimsby, DN31 2LJ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such voluntary winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by all or any one of them.”
