At a general meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA on 11 June 2018, the following resolutions were duly passed, the first as a Special Resolution and the second and third as Ordinary Resolutions:-

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily."

2. "That Stuart Robb and Julien Irving of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA, be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up".

3. "That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation."
