Notice is hereby given that on 15 March 2019 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Ashton Lane Limited 19 Ashton Lane, Glasgow G12 8SJ craving the Court, inter alia, that Ashton Lane Limited having their registered office at 19 Ashton Lane, Glasgow ('the Company") be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by First Deliverance dated 20 March 2019 ordains any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
