Notice is hereby given that on 25th May 2022 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh craving the Court inter alia that Ashley Property Care Ltd, with its Registered Office at 51 Teviot Grove, Penicuik, EH26 8HQ be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 27th May 2022 ordained the said Ashley Property Care Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
