Notice is hereby given at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, St Philips Point, Temple Row, Birmingham B2 5AF on 6 February 2019 at 11.00 am the following special resolution and ordinary resolution were passed respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Guy Edward Brooke Mander (IP No. 8845) and Diana Frangou (IP No. 9559) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, St Philips Point, Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5AF be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
