At a Special Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held on 12 June 2018, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Gwinnutt (IP No. 8877) of Cirrus Professional Services, The Derwent Business Centre, Clarke Street, Derby, DE1 2BU be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding up the Company.”
