A petition to wind up the above named company of Ascot Motor Cars Ltd of 21 Hare Hill Road, Littleborough, England OL15 9AD, Co ref no. 10784906 presented on 26 July 2019 by BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES (GB) LTD t/a Alphera Financial Services of Summit One, Summit Avenue, Farnborough, Hants, England GU14 0FB claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at Business And Property Courts in Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on 10 September 2019 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
