At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company duly convened and held at 13 Brickwood Road, Croydon, CR0 6UL on 1 April 2021 at 1.30 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as special and ordinary resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew J Cordon (IP No. 009687) and James O Everist (IP No. 22710) both of CFS Restructuring LLP, 22 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
