Notice is hereby given that the Liquidator proposes to make a first and final distribution to the unsecured creditors of the Company.

The last date for proving debts against the Company is 28 August 2017, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, of Clark Business Recovery Limited, 26 York Place, Leeds, LS1 2EY, the Liquidator of the Company. The Liquidator intends declaring a first and final dividend within two months of the last date for proving claims.

Finally, the Liquidator is required to state the value of the fund (the Prescribed Part) available to unsecured creditors from the Company's net property under s176A of the Insolvency Act 1986. I would confirm that the value of the fund in this matter is ÂŁ11,272.67. The distribution is being made from the available funds including the Prescribed Part.
