“That the Company would be wound up voluntarily and that Kevin Murphy and Jason Maloney, both of CVR Global LLP, New Fetter Place West, 55 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1AA, (IP Nos. 8349 and 14350) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
