"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicola J Meadows (IP No 009184) and Martin FP Smith (IP No 006484) of Dains Business Recovery Limited, Charlotte House, Stanier Way, The Wyvern Business Park, Derby, DE21 6BF be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
