Notice is hereby given that on 8th January 2018 a Petition was presented to Sheriff at Paisley Sheriff Court by Matthew Hepburn, craving the Court that Arthurlie Taxis Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 168 Cross Arthurlie Street, Barrhead, Glasgow, G78 1EY (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Paisley by Interlocutor dated 9 January 2018 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Paisley Sheriff Court, St James Street, Paisley, PA3 2HW within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
