At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 8 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4SA on 5 January 2021, the following resolutions were passed by the members as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Grahame Tailby (IP No. 9115) and Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 8 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4SA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
