Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Directors of the above-named Company (the 'convener(s)') are seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of a Liquidator by way of a virtual meeting. A resolution to wind up the Company is to be considered on 27 November 2018.

Notice is hereby given that a physical meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the office of Morecrofts Solicitors, Cotton Exchange Old Hall Street Liverpool L3 9LQ on 27 November 2018 at 11.30 a.m, having been summoned under Rule 15.18(4) of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 and Section 171(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of considering my removal and release as Liquidator and the appointment of another Insolvency Practitioner. At the meeting creditors can also resolve to establish a Liquidation Committee.

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the meeting and vote either personally or by proxy, and must also have submitted proof of their debt (if not already lodged) at the office of Irwin Insolvency, Station House Midland Drive Sutton Coldfield West Midlands B7 1TU by no later than 4.00 p.m. on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
