No 1. as a Special Resolution and No 2. as an Ordinary Resolution of the Company.

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and

2. “That Shona Campbell , Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of Henderson Loggie, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB be appointed Liquidator of the Company”.
