A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Armstrong Investment Managers LLP (OC344084) of 26 Dover Street, London W1S 4LY, 138 Mill Lane, London NW6 1TG (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 66300 Fund management activities, presented on Thursday 01 March 2018, at 12:00 by SHERIDANS, of 76 Wardour Street, London W1F 0UR claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Insolvency and Companies List of the High Court of Justice (ChD), Strand, London WC2A 2LL on Wednesday 18 April 2018, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
