"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Derrick Arthur Smith (IP No. 5022) of Oury Clark Chartered Accountants, Herschel House, 58 Herschel Street, Slough, Berkshire SL1 1PG be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."
