"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steve Henson (IP No. 10652) of Castle Hill Insolvency Limited, 10 Orchard Court, Heron Road, Exeter, EX2 7LL be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
