Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 10 December 2018 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Thomas Fox (IP No. 18550) of Umbrella Accountants LLP, 2nd Floor, Bollin House, Bollin Link, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 1DP be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding up."

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held at Bollin House, Bollin Link, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 1DP on 10 December 2018, the appointment of Thomas Fox was confirmed as Liquidator.
