A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no 05378662) of Harwood House, 43 Harwood Road, London, SW6 4QP, presented on 3 September 2019 by THE PAVOT PROPERTY INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED, of 66 Prescot Street, London, E1 8NN (the Petitioner) claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 16 October 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
