"That the Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that Steven John Parker (IP No. 8989) and Trevor John Binyon (IP No. 9285) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Partnership for the purposes of the winding up.”
