A Petition to wind up the above named company whose registered office is situate at Swinford House, Albion Street, Brierley Hill, West Midlands DY5 3EE presented on 2 August 2017 by Stratford Hamilton and Nicholas Nicholson as Joint Trustees in Bankruptcy of Carl Richards (aka Carl Pritchett) care of Moon Beever, Bedford house, 21a John Street London WC1N 2BF, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, London EC4A 1NL on 16 October 2017 at 10:50 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
