A Petition to wind up the above named Company of The Corner House, 4 Beaumont Road, Church Stretton, SY6 6BN presented on 12 September 2019 by Nicholas Nicholson and Dominic Dumville as joint trustees in bankruptcy of Carl Richards both of Haslers, Station Road, Loughton, Essex claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at County Court at Telford, Telford Square, Malinsgate, Telford, TF3 4HX on 4 November 2019 at 3.30 pm (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 3 November 2019.
