Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 2.26A of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, that the Administrator has summoned an initial meeting of creditors of the above named company for the purpose of considering the Administrator’s proposals and determining whether to establish a Creditors’ Committee. The meeting is to be held within 168 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4TP on 17 August 2017 at 14:00.

A resolution at the meeting is passed if a majority in value of those voting have voted in favour of it.

A creditor is entitled to vote at the meeting only if a claim has been lodged with the administrator either before or at the meeting and it has been accepted for voting purposes in whole or in part. Voting may be either in person by the creditor, or by form of proxy which must be lodged with the administrator before or at the meeting. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of commencement of the Administration is 12 June 2017.
