A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 18 December 2019 by LEMAN INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT LIMITED of Unit 5 Don Pedro Avenue, Normanton Industrial Estate, Normanton WF6 1TD claiming to be a creditor of the Company. The petition will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 1, Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG, on 11 February 2020, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing (whether to support or oppose the petition) must give notice of that intention in accordance with rule 7.14 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 not later than 4pm on the business day before that which is appointed for the hearing (or, where the hearing has been adjourned, for the adjourned hearing).
