Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the Company held at Unit 2 Birchwood Industrial Estate, Hoe Lane, Nazeing, Essex EN9 2RN on 21 December 2020 at 11.30 am the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that R L H Knight (IP No. 2231) and M S Willis (IP No. 9391) both of Compass Financial Recovery and Insolvency, Global House, 1, Ashley Avenue, Epsom, KT18 5AD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
