Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the Company held at Unit 2, Birchwood Industrial Estate, Hoe Lane, Nazeing EN9 2RN on 22 October 2020, 4.30 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that R L H Knight (IP No. 002231) and M S Willis (IP No. 9391) both of Compass Financial Recovery and Insolvency, Global House, 1 Ashley Avenue, Epsom, KT18 5AD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by either one of them.”
