Notice is hereby given that Creditors of the Company which is being voluntarily wound up are required, on or before 11 December 2020, to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to the Liquidators at Compass FRI, Global House, 1 Ashley Avenue, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5AD.

If so required by notice from the Liquidators, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Liquidators consider is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim.

A creditor who has not proved their debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend before their debt is proved.
