Notice is hereby given that on 30 January 2019 a Petition was presented to Livingston Sheriff Court by Architectural Conservation Limited craving the Court inter alia that Architectural Conservation Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC484805) and having its registered office at 12a Nasmyth Court, Houston Industrial Estate, Livingston, West Lothian, EH54 5EG be wound up by the Court and that Barry John Stewart, Insolvency Practitioner of 180 Advisory Solutions Limited, 2nd Floor, Suite 148, Central Chambers, 11 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LY be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which Petition, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 6 February 2019 ordered any interested persons, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, should lodge Answers with Livingston Sheriff Court within eight days after service, intimation or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
