Notice is hereby given that on 4 December 2019 a Petition was presented at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Craig Christopher Niblock, craving the Court that Arch 13 EMS Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with company number SC501972 and having its registered office at 40 Gf Blacket Place, Edinburgh, EH9 1RL, be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator appointed in which Petition, by Interlocutor of 4 December 2019, Sheriff Holligan appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, and in the meantime nominated and appointed Kenneth Pattullo and Adam Southard, Insolvency Practitioners of Begbies Trayor, having its place of business at Unit B, Second Floor, Excel House, 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL to be provisional liquidators of the said company with authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency act 1986 for a limited period of 3 months from the date hereof (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of interim liquidator(s), whichever shall first occur.
