Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed by the members on 15 November 2018, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lisa Marie Moxon and Christopher Benjamin Barrett, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (of Dow Schofield Watts Business Recovery LLP), be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.” Subsequently, the creditors resolved to appoint Henry Anthony Shinners (IP No. 9280) of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY and Andrew Stephen McGill (IP No. 9350) of Smith & Williamson LLP, 3rd Floor, 9 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BJ as Joint Liquidators of the Company.
