At a General Meeting, the member of the above company duly convened and held at Best Western Garfield House Hotel, Cumbernauld Road, Stepps Glasgow G33 6HW

On 14th March 2019, the following Special Resolution was passed

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that the company be wound up voluntarily.

Thereafter, the following Ordinary Resolution was passed

That Gerard Patrick Crampsey, Insolvency Practitioner, of the firm of Stirling Toner Ltd, be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.
